Accessibility Statement

Griot Solutions wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technology. This page explains where we stand, what we have built in, and how to tell us when something does not work.

1. Our Commitment

Griot Solutions is committed to improving access for visitors with disabilities. We build technology for nonprofits and government partners, and we treat accessibility as part of delivering that work responsibly rather than as a box to check at the end.

2. Accessibility Standard and Goal

Griot Solutions uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a technical benchmark for the continued improvement of this website.

We use that standard as a goal we are working toward. We are not claiming that this website currently conforms to it. A conformance claim requires a full audit, and we would rather tell you where we actually are than overstate it.

3. Current Accessibility Features

The following have been built into this website:

• A skip link that lets keyboard users jump straight to the main content
• Semantic page landmarks, including header, navigation, main, and footer regions
• A visible keyboard focus outline on interactive elements
• Navigation controls that can be operated with a keyboard
• Support for the reduced-motion setting, which turns off animation and smooth scrolling when your system asks for it
• Responsive layouts that reflow for small screens and zoom
• Alternative text on images that carry meaning
• Decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology so they are not announced

These features are present by design. We are not claiming they are free of errors, and we would like to hear about it if any of them fall short in practice.

4. Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time task. As we change this website, we intend to keep accessibility part of the work rather than revisiting it only when a problem is reported.

5. Known Limitations

Barriers may still exist on this website. Some may affect particular browsers, devices, or assistive technologies, and some we may simply not have found yet. We do not describe this website as fully accessible.

If you run into something that does not work for you, we want to know. Reports from visitors are one of the most reliable ways we find real problems.

6. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier

Please email info@griotsolutions.com with the subject line "Accessibility feedback."

It helps if you can tell us:

• The page or section where you ran into the problem
• What happened and what you were trying to do
• The browser, device, operating system, or assistive technology you were using
• How you would prefer to receive the information, if you need it in another format

Any detail you can give helps, but do not let missing details stop you from writing. A short note is better than none.

7. Response Process

We review accessibility feedback and will work in good faith to help, including providing the information you were trying to reach in an alternate format where that is reasonably possible.
