Privacy Policy and Data Security

Effective date: July 18, 2026

This page explains how Griot Solutions handles information in connection with its public marketing website. It is written to describe our actual practices rather than to repeat generic policy language.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies only to the Griot Solutions public-facing marketing website. It describes what happens when someone visits this site or contacts us using the email links published on it.

This policy does not govern:

  • Client-owned systems and data
  • Client applications and client portals
  • Custom software Griot Solutions designs or delivers for a client
  • Cloud environments managed under a separate agreement
  • Third-party websites linked from this website

Work Griot Solutions performs for a client is governed by the agreement covering that engagement and, where applicable, by the client's own policies. If you have a question about a specific application or platform, contact the organization that operates it.

2. Information Visitors Voluntarily Provide

This website does not include an embedded contact form, account login, or newsletter signup. Instead, it publishes standard email and telephone links. Selecting an email link opens your own email program so you can decide what to send. Selecting a telephone link places a call using your own device.

If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you include, which may be:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your organization
  • A telephone number, if you include one in your message or signature
  • The contents of your message
  • Any attachments you choose to send

The website itself does not request, capture, or store any of this. It is information you send us directly, and you control what it contains. If you call us instead, we receive your call in the ordinary way, and the website plays no part in recording or storing it.

3. Technical Information and Hosting Logs

Like most websites, this site is delivered by a hosting provider. Hosting providers commonly process customary technical information needed to serve pages, keep a site available, and protect it from abuse. Any such processing is performed by the host as part of delivering the site, not by code published on these pages.

4. How Information Is Used

Information you send us is used for ordinary business purposes connected to your inquiry:

  • Responding to questions and requests
  • Evaluating potential client, subcontracting, teaming, and partnership opportunities
  • Scheduling discussions you have asked for
  • Maintaining business correspondence and records
  • Operating and protecting the website
  • Meeting applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations

We do not use information from this website to build advertising profiles or to make automated decisions about you.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

A review of this website's published front-end source did not identify any website-set cookies, tracking pixels, Google Analytics or comparable analytics services, advertising trackers, use of localStorage or sessionStorage, or behavioral profiling code. The only scripting on the site supports the mobile menu, the sticky header, and on-scroll animation.

That statement describes the front-end source of this website. It is not a statement about every technology that a hosting provider, network provider, or security service may operate independently of these pages.

6. Information Sharing and Commercial Sale

Information you send us is used inside Griot Solutions by the people who need it to respond to you. Beyond that, information may be handled in the following ways:

  • Service providers. Operating a business email account and a website necessarily involves providers that supply those services. Such providers may process information as part of delivering them.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law or valid legal process, or to establish or defend legal claims.
  • Corporate transactions. If Griot Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, business records may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell information collected through this website, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

7. Data Security

Griot Solutions seeks to apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the kind of information this website involves, which is ordinary business correspondence rather than sensitive personal data.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. We encourage you to use good judgment about what you include in an initial email, and to avoid sending sensitive or confidential material until an appropriate channel has been agreed.

8. Browser Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. Because the front-end source of this website contains no behavioral tracking code, there is no tracking behavior for such a signal to change. This website therefore does not alter what it does in response to a Do Not Track signal.

As noted in Section 5, this describes the front-end source of this website rather than technology a hosting or network provider may operate independently of these pages.

9. Retention, Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you previously sent us. We will respond in good faith, subject to legal and business-record obligations that may require us to retain certain material.

Send requests to info@griotsolutions.com.

10. Children and Intended Audience

This website is intended for organizations and professionals, including nonprofits, government contractors, and public-sector stakeholders. It is not directed to children under 13, and Griot Solutions does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this marketing website.

11. Policy Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We suggest reviewing it if the way you work with us changes.
